Each player is permitted to hold only one 639bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 639bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your 639bet account. If your personal details change — including your phone number or payment method — you must update them promptly. 639bet is not liable for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 639bet support immediately via live chat. 639bet is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing or mismanaging their own credentials.
All deposits to your 639bet account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.

Most deposits are credited to your 639bet balance instantly. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your payment reference number.
Withdrawals from your 639bet balance can be requested once your account has passed identity verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during standard operating hours. Most approved withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are dispatched the same day the request is reviewed.
Per-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply. These are displayed in your account withdrawal section. For larger win amounts, 639bet may process the full amount across multiple transactions on consecutive days. Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 639bet is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once the withdrawal has been dispatched from our end.
The following rules apply to all sports and event betting activity on 639bet, including cricket, football, esports, and any other markets offered on the platform.
A bet is only considered placed once you have received a confirmation message from 639bet showing the bet reference number, selection, odds, and stake amount. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet may not have been accepted. Do not assume a bet is active without confirmation.
Odds displayed on 639bet are subject to change at any time up until the point of bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in for that bet. 639bet reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — if a market is mispriced due to a technical error, bets placed at the erroneous price may be voided.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or abandonment before the minimum required play time, technical failures affecting a market, or the discovery of match manipulation. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's balance in full.
In-play betting markets update in real time during live events. Acceptance of live bets may be subject to brief delays. 639bet is not responsible for disruptions to live betting caused by broadcast delays or connectivity issues on the player's end.
Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets are covered in detail on 639bet, including match winner, innings totals, top batsman, top wicket-taker, and method of first dismissal. Specific rules for abandoned matches, weather-affected results (Duckworth-Lewis decisions), and Super Overs are detailed in the market-specific rules displayed alongside each bet type.
639bet's casino section includes slots, live dealer games, table games, and bingo. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams, as applicable.
Each casino game has its own individual rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. These are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before playing. 639bet does not guarantee any specific outcome or win rate in casino games.
If a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection or technical fault, 639bet's system will complete the round using the state of the game at the point of disconnection. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. 639bet is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
Bingo game rules, ticket prices, prize pool allocations, and room schedules are displayed in the bingo lobby before each game. Prizes are credited instantly upon win verification. Full bingo game rules apply as displayed in the relevant room at the time of play.
639bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free ticket grants for bingo, and other time-limited promotions. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each offer.
Most bonus offers at 639bet carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets or game rounds before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion terms.
All bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will expire and be removed from the balance. Stakes placed using bonus funds that do not meet qualifying criteria may not count toward wagering requirements.
Bonus offers are intended for individual recreational players. 639bet reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus winnings, and restrict accounts where it determines that bonus terms are being exploited, circumvented, or misused — including through patterns of low-risk betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen but not forfeited. If the investigation confirms a breach of Terms, 639bet may void bets, withhold bonuses, and refund only original deposits made by legitimate means at its discretion.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Any real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method upon closure.
All content on the 639bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 639bet or its licensed partners. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Third-party game content, including slots, live casino games, and RNG games, is licensed from independent software suppliers. Game trademarks and related intellectual property remain with the respective suppliers.
